Our products are mostly pre-order unless specified. We have some stock for common models. Payment term is 70% deposit on order and 30% upon shipping confirmation from China. For high volume and repeat customers, we may have varying contracts.
No, currently we keep our stock at warehouse in the eastern seaboard area. However, customers who want to visit and review samples are welcome at our partner studio in Pattaya.
Currently we do not have e-commerce online shopping. Customers can contact us by email, phone, Line, or WhatsApp. Please leave a message and we will call back within 24 hours.
Based on normal use, we guarantee functional equipment such as tracks, springs, and cables for up to 3 years. Replacement is free of charge. For soft lining, we can continue to supply at factory price. For cancellation after deposit, we cannot return the full amount if the product is produced and ready to ship.
